摘要
采用微波水热法合成出纳米CaSeO3粒子,考察了制备该纳米粒子的影响因素,并对产品进行了X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)测试和光催化染料性能的研究.
The influence factors on nanocrystalline CaSeO3 preparation were studied by synthesizing nanocrystalline CaSeO3 using Microwave Hydrothermal. Then samples are characterized by powder X - ray diffraction patterns, transmission electron microscope images and differential thermal analysis - thermal gravimetric. In addition, the thermal stability and photocatalysis characteristic are also studied.
