摘要
利用系统科学的方法,从整体上提出了电子政务的经济效益模型;初步分析了电子政务对经济效益影响的几种方式和内容,从直接影响和间接影响方面做了相关分析。认为间接影响至少要考虑建设、管理和服务等方面的效益,直接影响应考虑到电子政务对政府、相关企业及咨询机构等方面的影响。
Based on system, a frame relationship model, which is analyzed on directed effect and undirected erect, between egovernment and economy is given. Moreover, a few ways about directed effect and undirected effect are also initially studied in paper and some conclusions are given.
