摘要
在传统的工业测控系统中,传输数据采用的是有线方式,成本高、维护不方便,且在某些特殊的场合,布线困难甚至无法布线。随着无线通信技术的发展,数据传输可通过无线的方式实现,从而克服了上述缺点。本文主要介绍了基于无线数据传输模块PTR2000的数据采集系统的总体结构,着重讨论了硬件电路设计和通信协议的制定及具体实现。该系统可方便地嵌入到无线测控系统中,抗干扰能力强,具有广阔的应用前景。
In measuring and controlling system for industrial propose, large quantities of data need to be transmitted. Traditional manner to carry out this work is wired transmission system, a manner with high cost of construction and inconvenience of maintenanee, and sometime unapproachable impediment in wiring. With the developing of wireless communi- cation technology, data transmission can be carried out in wireless manner, with which problems mentioned above are solved sufficiently. In this paper, a wireless data transmission module namely PTR2000 and a scheme of data acquisition system based on PTR2000 is introduced. The hardware design as well as the communication protocol is discussed. Due to its outstanding anti-interference performance, and its capability to be embedded into wireless system of industrial measuring and controlling, its application prospects will be broad in the future.
