摘要
为了进一步揭示常山胡柚(Citrusparadisicv.Changshanhuyou)活性成分的药理作用,对胡柚皮进行综合开发利用,对其有效成分的药理活性进行了研究。利用柱层析和薄层层析及现代波谱法(IR、NMR、MS)分离鉴定了常山胡柚果皮中3种化学成分的结构,它们分别为柚皮素(I,naringerin)、柚皮甙(II,naringin)、柠檬苦素(III,limonin),并在体外做了免疫生物活性筛选实验。结果表明这3种化学成分均为首次从该种植物中分离,并证明这3种化学成分对T、B淋巴细胞的增殖反应有较好的抑制作用,揭示了其免疫生物活性部位为氯仿部位。
The pharmacological activities of the effective constituents of the peel of Citrus paradisi cv. Changshanhuyou were studied in order to reveal the active components. Three chemical constituents from the peels were identified with column chromatography, TLC and modern method of spectra. They are naringenin (Ⅰ), naringin (Ⅱ) and limonin (Ⅲ). Screening experiments of immune bioactivities were done in vivo. The results showed that the 3 chemical constituents were obtained from the peel for the first time and proved that they had an inhibitory role to T cell and B cell proliferation reaction. Meanwhile, we believe that the chloroform section is the immune bioactivities section.
