摘要
针对电加热炉炉温被控对象的大迟延、模型不确定的特点,介绍了一种Smith预估补偿器的改进结构,即增益自适应Smith预估控制策略,改善了控制特性。并对其进行了仿真研究,结论证实,其控制效果在一定程度上优于PID控制和单纯Smith预估控制。经过实验,实现了对电加热炉炉温的控制。
According to the controlled object of the temperature of a with strong delaying and model uncertainty, a improved structure of Smith prediction method is introducgd in this paper, that is. It has improved the character of controlling, and the emulation research about this method is carried on. The result of it has proved the gains adaptive Smith prediction strategy, to a certain extent, superior to only PID controller and Smith prediction method. Though the experiment , have realized the control of the temperature of electric heating furnace.
