摘要
以聚合物poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK)为主体材料,分别掺入蓝光染料2,5,8,11-tetra-tertbu-tylperylene(TBPe)和橙黄光染料5,6,11,12-tetraphenyl-naphthacene(Rubrebe),制成单层白色有机电致发光器件(WOLED)。通过多组实验结果的对比,最终确定了最佳染料掺杂浓度和器件结构,得到最佳色坐标为(0.33,0.38),已位于该坐标的白色等能区之内,且随着外加电压由8 V增加到16 V,色坐标保持不变。器件的亮度为553 cd/m2,外量子效率为0.16%。
A new kind of white organic light-emitting device (WOLED) was fabricated with a single light-emitting layer of poly (N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) doped with 2,5,8,11-tetra-tertbutylperylene (TBPe) and 5,6,11,12-tetraphenyl-naphthacene (Rubrene) prepared by spin coating. By adjusting the adulterated proportion and the configuration of the device properly, a white light with commission internationale de reclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.33, 0.38) was generated. The CIE coordinate stayed virtually constant when the voltage increased from 8 V to 16 V. The device reached a maximum brightness of 553 cd/m^2, and a maximum external efficiency of 0.16 %.
