摘要
目的:建立复方益肾颗粒质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中自芍、党参、黄芪进行定性鉴别, HPLC法测定白芍中芍药苷的含量。结果:可鉴别白芍、党参、黄芪,芍药苷在0.105~1.050μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率在98.02%~99.51%,RSD在1.1%~1.6%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为该制剂质量控制方法。
Objective:To establish the quality standard for the granules of nourishing kidney compound ( Fufangyishen). Methods: Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Codonopsis, Radix Astragali were qualified by TLC. The Paeoniflorin concentration in Fufangyishen granules was quantified by HPLC.Results: The major components associated with each herbal material could be separated satisfactorily. Paeoniflorin concentration showed a good linear curve in the range of 0. 105 - 1. 050 μg ( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery of paeoniflorin was within 98.02% ~ 99.51% with RSD of 1. 1% ~ 1.6%. Conclusion: These reliable analytic methods are used better in the quality control of Fufangyishen granules.
