摘要
提出了用硅锰等元素低合金化、金属型浇注后采用特殊热处理工艺获得贝氏体/马氏体(B/M)复相组织的耐磨灰铸铁的方法,并利用光学显微镜、透射电镜、扫描电镜等检测手段对热处理前后各组织形态进行分析。
Using a process of combination of microalloying with Si,Mn and other elements and founding with metal-mold as well as controlled cooling heat-treatment, a bainite/martensite(B/M) dual-phase grey cast iron as a substitute for common wear resistant east iron was fabricated. The microstructures of all samples were characterized by optical metallography, X-ray diffraction (XRD).
