摘要
在大学英语四、六级考试取得很大成绩,但又被指责忽视学生口语交际能力的背景下提出了口试先行的四、六级考试改革设想,建议口试先于笔试进行,设为必考项目,并从理论和实践的层面对这一设想进行了论述。
Given the context that CET- 4 and strong criticism for ignoring oral communication CET- 6 have made remarkable achievement, yet received of English learners, this paper proposes a renovation scheme in which students are required to take oral English test before they proceed with written test. The so - called oral - English - goes - first reform is justified then by both theoretical and pragmatic considerations.
