立式电机定子结构模态的有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 振动模态分析是立式电机优化设计的重要步骤.以YKSL1700电机为例,给出了电机振动模态分析的数学模型,利用NASTRAN有限元软件对模态模型进行了详细的计算和分析,结果表明,现有电机定子结构模态符合要求,并进一步分析出了电机的主要破坏形式和危险位置以及地基联接对电机振动的影响,为同类产品的开发和改进提供了参考. The analysis of vibration mode is an important process during the optimizing design of vertical motor. The mathematic representation of vertical motor vibration mode is described in the paper. Taking YKSL1700 as an example, the analysis results of motor vibration mode by using NASTRAN are presented. The effect of junction with foundation on the vibration is also discussed. The result shows that the mode meets the design requirement. The study is valuable for the development and design of the motor.
