摘要 目的建立离子色谱法测定作业环境空气中氯化氢的分析方法。方法采用ICS-1000型离子色谱仪,色谱柱为IonPacAS14,以3.5mmol/L碳酸钠和1.0mmol/L碳酸氢钠混合液为淋洗液,流速为1.2ml/min;以淋洗液作为空气样品吸收液,测定作业环境空气中的氯化氢。结果该方法的线性范围为0~100μg/L,r=0.9996,检出限为10μg/L,在1.0、5.0、8.0、10mg/L浓度下进行精密度试验,RSD分别为3.68%,1.65%,2.17%,2.12%,回收率为91.8%~99.7%。结论该方法操作简便、快速、准确,可避免其他阴离子及卤素和含卤酸盐离子的干扰。用离子色谱测定作业场所空气中氯化氢是较为理想的检测方法。 Objective To make a method for determining the hydrogen chloride in the air by ICS 1 000 ion chromatographic system, Methods Hydrogen chloride in the air of workplace was determinated by using ICS-1 000 ion chromatographic with Ion Pac AS14 chromatographic column, a mixed solution of 3.5 mmol/L Na2CO3 and 1,0 mmol/L NaHCO3 were used as eluent and absorbing solution for the air sample. The sampling was performed at a flow rate of 1.2 ml/min. Results The detection limit was 10 μg/L, RSDs were 1.65%-3.68% and the rates of recovery were 91.8%-99.7%. Conclusion This method was proved to be accurate, simple, rapid and the disturbance of the other anion and chlorine ion can be avoided. It is also considered as an ideal method to determine the hydrogen chloride in the air.
