摘要
通过正交试验和单因子试验,以麦秸和废旧聚乙烯塑料为原料,使用异氰酸酯胶黏剂压制麦秸塑料刨花板,分析热压温度对麦秸/聚乙烯复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,热压温度对板坯中胶黏剂的固化速度、水分传递速度、塑料熔融程度、麦秸分解程度等都有不同程度的影响。当在热压时间、聚乙烯比例、施胶量、复合材料密度相同的条件下,热压温度为190℃时压制出的麦秸/聚乙烯复合板材各项物理力学性能较好。
An experiment was conducted to study the effects of hot-pressing temperature on properties of wheat straw-plastic composites made from wheat straw and recycled polyethylene (PE) using isocyanate as adhesive through multi-factor orthogonal experiment and single-factor experiment. Results showed that temperatures have different effects on the curing speed of resin, the rate of moisture transmission, the degree of plastic melting and the degree of wheat straw decomposition. Under the same conditions of hot-pressing time, composite density, PE ratio, and resin content, the optimum properties of the composites can be obtained when hot-pressing temperature is 190 degrees C.
