Research of extruding die for comb-shape radiator of AZ31 magnesium alloy

摘要 以AZ31镁合金散热片型材为研究对象,选择了三种不同结构形式的挤压模具进行高温挤压成形研究,结果表明,AZ31镁合金型材高温挤压成形是可行的。 Taking AZ31 magnesium alloy as researching object of radiator used in computer. This experiment is about extruding forming at high temperature using three different types of die.The result shows that it is feasible to produce comb-shape radiator of AZ31 magnesium alloy in extruding forming at high temperature.
