摘要
为了适应现代汽车发动机点火系统的发展,研制出一个新型的汽车点火正时仪。硬件由传感器、信号调理模块、闪光装置等组成。仪器具有通用接口,用户可方便获取点火信号,能直接测量独立点火及有分电器的发动机点火提前角。经测定:当信号频率≤40Hz时,测试绝对误差在±0.02Hz之内,相对误差为±0.33%,同时与国外某公司生产的正时灯进行了比较。
A new ignition timing light was established for adapting to the modern gasoline automobile ignition system. The hardware was composed of sensors, signal conditioning models, and a sparking instrument. It can measure ignition timing of all kinds of ignition systems for its feasible general interface. Test results show that the absolute precision of the instrument is +0.02Hz with relative precision of +0.33%. Meanwhile, it was compared with foreign ignition timing lights.
