摘要 双极型静电感应晶体管动态性能的研究体现在对动态参数的分析上,本文对开关特性,容量,量及开关损耗等动态参数进行了详细分析,从物理的角度阐述了这几个动态参数的意义,对实际应用有指导作用。 The research on the dynamic performance of BSIT manifests in to the dynamic parameter analysis. This article has carried on the multianalysis to the dynamic parameter, including switch characteristic, capacity, capacity and switch loss, then elaborated from the physical angle these dynamic parameter significance, and has the instruction function to the practical application.
