摘要
调查显示,温州市女企业家参政比例相对来说比较高,但其政治参与意识仍较薄弱,参政动机也主要停留在追求个人与企业利益的较低层次上,而且女企业家参政的渠道不足,存在非制度化政治参与的现象。总体上看,目前女企业家参政劣势依然大于优势。
The investigation shows that the level of participation is relatiely high, but female entrepreneur＇s participation consciousness is still weak. Their motive still rests on the lower level, such as pursuit of the profit of their business and their own. There is not enough approaches for female entrepreneurs to participate in political affairs; so phenomenon of non-institutionalized political participation still exists. As a whole, female entrepreneurs have more disadvantages than advantages on political tarticioation at present.
