摘要
通过室内试验对以“粉煤灰固化剂”为凝结剂的一种新型大掺量粉煤灰注浆充填材料进行研究,探讨了不同水灰比、固相比与结石体抗压(折)强度、凝结时间、粘度、密度、结石率、析水率及析水时间之间的相互关系。试验得到当水灰比为1:1.0-1:1.5,粉煤灰掺量27%时,结石体的7 d抗压强度为1.2-5.3 MPa,28 d抗压强度为2.5-10 MPa。试验结果表明,该注浆材料与现工业用注浆材料相比,粉煤灰掺量更大,强度更高,凝结时间等性能更优越,并可降低注浆成本。
Study was made through laboratory experiment on a new type grouting material for filling that was incorporated with a large amount of fly-ash and used "fly-ash concretizing agent" as the coagulant with the aim to understand the correlation of various water-solid ratios and solid phase proportions with the concretion compression (yield) strength, setting time, viscosity, density, hardening rate, water segregation rate and water segregation time. Concretion with compression strength of 1.2 - 5.3 MPa after 7days and 2.5 - 10 MPa after 28days respectively was obtained when the water-solid ratio was 1 : 1.0 - 1 : 1.5 and the fly-ash addition was equal to or greater than 70%. The test results show that compared with the grouting materials now used in the industry such as cement, this new material has the advantages of larger fly-ash addition,higher strength, better performances such as setting time and reduced grouting cost.
