Characteristics of Temperature Time During Czochalski Crystal Growth

摘要 采用同一装置生长钇铝石榴石和不同掺质的钇铝石榴石晶体:YAG、Tm:YAG、Nd:YAG、(Ce,Nd):YAG、(Cr,Tm):YAG、和(Cr,Tm,Ho):YAG,晶体生长的温度时间特性曲线不同。特性曲线先是温度随时间上升,然后下降。以上述顺序特性曲线上升的时间逐渐变短。生长晶体表面热辐射和与对流气体的热交换增加了热腔的热损失,是造成升温生长的因素;生长晶体盖在熔体表面,减少了熔体的热损失,是造成降温生长的因素。温度时间特性曲线的走势由升温和降温两个因素比较决定。生长晶体的透过率对降温生长因素影响很大,透过率越小,盖在熔体表面的保温盖性能越好,降温因素越起主导作用。上述6种晶体对熔体热辐射透过百分数依次减小是温变时间特性曲线升温生长时间不断缩短的原因。 When YAG,Tm:YAG,Nd:YAG,(Ce,Nd):YAG,(Cr,Tm):YAG and (Cr,Tm,Ho):YAG crystals were grown using same equipment,the characteristics of temperature time of crystal growth are differant.The trend of curve of characteristics alwaysis first up and then down.In above sequence,the turn point of characteristics is moved forward.There are two special case:temperature of YAG always is up ,(Cr,Tm) :YAG and(Cr,Tm,Ho):YAG are down.Due to heat radiation from sufrace of growing crystal and heat exchange with convection gas,heat lose of hot gower is increasing.This is a facfor that the temperature of crystal growth is up.Due to the surface of melt is covered with grown crystal,heat lose is decreasing.This is a facfor that the temperature of crystal growth is down. The trend of characteristic curve is determined by comparing two facfors.when length of crystal is shorter,the former factor is key element and trend of characteristic curve is up.When length of crystal is longer,the latter facfor is key element and the
