摘要
本文首次详细报导了Zn∶Fe∶LiNbO3晶体的生长技术,研究了晶体的吸收光谱、衍射效率和响应时间。与Fe∶LiNbO3相比,Zn∶Fe∶LiNbO3晶体响应速度快,且衍射效率较高,并具有较宽的角度响应范围,是一种优良的全息记录介质材料。
The growth technique of Zn∶Fe∶LiNbO 3 crystal is reported in detail for the first time.The absorption spectra,diffractive efficiencies and the response times were measured.The response speed of Zn∶Fe∶LiNbO 3 is faster than that of Fe∶LiNbO 3.The diffractive efficiency was measured to be higher than 80% and with a broad angle range.
