摘要
为探明不同早稻品种(组合)在相同栽培技术条件下氮代谢关键酶活性的差异,采用田间小区试验,研究了株两优99,湘早籼29,湘丰早119,湘早143,金优402,湘早籼24功能叶硝酸还原酶(NR)、蛋白水解酶等氮代谢关键酶的活性及其叶片、茎鞘、籽粒及糙米中全N,蛋白N含量的差异.结果表明,6个早稻品种(组合)其功能叶中NR活性差异较大,其中以湘早籼29与湘早籼24活性最强;蛋白水解酶活性在生殖生长后期差异大,以湘早籼29活性最强,其次为湘早籼24;水稻叶片、茎鞘、籽粒和糙米中全N,蛋白N含量湘早籼29与湘早籼24较其他品种(组合)要高,蛋白质产量也较其他品种(组合)有明显优势,但两者之间差异不明显.
Activities of nitrate reductase(NR) and proteolytic enzyme, which are key enzymes of nitrogen metabolism, in functional leaves of six varieties of early rice Combination were compared, and the content of total N and protein N in their leaves, stems and grains were analyzed, based on randomized blocks design under the same cultivation. The results showed that the activities of NR and proteolytic enzyme in functional leaves of "Xiangzhaoxian-29" and "Xiangzhaoxiano24" were the highest in the six varieties of rice, the content of total N and protein N in leaves, stems and grains, and the yields of protein from "Xiangzhaoxian-29" and "Xiangzhaoxian-24" were also the highest, while there were no significant difference between the two varieties of rice.
