摘要
用强度为100、3006、00 mT的均匀磁场预处理大部分发育处于单核中期和单核靠边期的花药,以提高籼稻花药培养的愈伤组织诱导率和绿苗分化率。结果表明,磁场预处理可以明显提高愈伤组织诱导率,均匀磁场预处理30min、磁场强度为300mT的可提高愈伤组织诱导率98.44%,与对照相比达到了极显著水平。经磁场预处理所产生的愈伤组织绿苗分化率比对照提高了184%。
The intensity of 100,300,600 mT magnetic field were used to treat anthers, in which a majority of pollen was in the middle development stage and/or in the side development stage of single nucleus, to improve the callus inductivity and plant regeneration rate of anther culture of Indica rice. The results indicated that in an even magnetic field of 300mT intensity for 30 minutes, the treatment could increase the callus inductivity by 98.44%. The plant regeneration rate of calli gained 184% higher than the check.
