摘要 目的了解胃癌多药耐药基因1(mdr1)的表达及其与生物学行为的关系。方法应用现代信息技术,收集有关文献进行综合分析。结果正常和病理胃均可表达mdr1,胃癌的mdr1表达水平最高。胃癌的mdr1表达和胃癌对抗肿瘤药物敏感性及病人的生存期、生存率呈负相关,和组织分化、肿瘤浸润、分期及转移的关系不肯定,和肿瘤发生部位、大小、组织类型、患者年龄、性别之间无相关性。结论胃癌mdr1基因表达和生物学行为相关。 Objective To explore the relationship between multidrug resistance 1 gene (mdr1) expression of the gastric cancer and its biological behavior. Methods The relative documents collected by modern information technique were treated with aggregative analysis. Results The mdr1 could be expressed in the normal and abnormal stomach, and the mdr1 expression level of gastric cancers was the highest. The mdr1 expression level of gastric cancers was negatively correlated with the cancer sensitivity to antitumor drugs and the patient's survival, uncertainly related to the gastric cancer differentiation, infiltration, stage and metastasis; while, the mdr1 expression level of gastric cancers was not related to the gastric cancer location, size, histological typing and patient's age and sex, Conclusion The correlation between the mdr 1 gene expression of gastric cancers and its biological behavior exists.
