摘要
氮碳共价化合物(β-C_3N_4),碳氮化硼以及低价氧化硼是近年来引人注目的几种超硬材料,本文对其发展历史及最新研究进展做一综述。
The synthesis of superhard materials is an interesting research
subject in the field of materials science. Recently, several reports have been pub-lished concerning carbon nitride films stemming from the recent theoretical work by Liu and Cohen predicting the extreme hardness comparable to or even higher than diamond. Thermodynamically stable or metastable compounds in the binary(boron suboxides)and ternary (boron carbonitrides)systems are also potential candidates for superhard materials. In this paper the latest developments of these superhard materials or films are summarized
