摘要
目前弱势群体幼儿园教师的专业素养和专业发展并没有引起足够的重视,本文从幼儿教师的专业发展态度着手,结合问卷调查,通过比较着重探讨弱势群体幼儿园教师专业发展态度,讨论其产生的影响因素和从中获得的启示,并提出建议和对策。
Professional development of vulnerable kindergarten teachers is not paid much attention to nowadays. This paper investigates vulnerable kindergarten teachers' attitude towards professional development compared with that of general kindergarten teachers using questionnaires. Then some insights can be gained and according suggestions and solutions are proposed.
