摘要
根据俄歇电子能谱(AES)的深度分布图,得到不同区域的膜厚和在此区域中的元素富集因子与材料性能之间的关系。并以304不锈钢在高温水中生成的氧化膜为例,探讨膜厚和元素铬的富集因子与材料抗应力腐蚀性能之间的关系。
Based on AES profiles,the film thickness and element enhancement factors corresponding to various depths and their relationship with the resistance to corrosion of materials can be obtained.As an example,the oxide films formed on the stress corrosion crack ing (SCC) spepcimens of type 304 stainless steel(SS) in high temperature water were analyzed and the correlation of the thickness and the enhancement factor of Cr with SCC was studied.
