摘要
成为一名研究型教师是时代对广大语文教师的期待和要求。了解了研究型语文教师的特质会使广大语文教师明确前进的方向。研究型语文教师的行为特质有丰富的知识储备和合理的知识结构、高水平的语文教学能力、独特的语文教学风格和较强的人际交往能力。只有综合了这几方面行为特质的语文教师才能成为一名研究型教师。
It is necessary for Chinese teachers to become research-based in today's society. Hence, knowing about the characteristics of trsearched-based Chinese teacher can enable Chinese teachers to be clear about the efort they need to make. The characteristics of researched-based Chinese teacher include sufficient storage of knowledge, balanced structure of knowledge, high-level of teaching ability, unique teaching style and communication ability. Only of a Chinese teacher possessses all the features mentioned above, can he become a researched-based teacher.
