摘要
本文研究使用Cu-0.3l%Al合金水雾化粉末,其粒度为74μm以下(─200目),进行内氧化处理得到Cu-Al2O3粉末,经等静压压坯→烧结→裸锭热挤压→冷轧工艺制造的材料密度为8.8g/cm3,强度σb为608MPa,硬度HV为529MPa,电阻率ρ为2.2μcm。对材料的金属膜电镜分析表明:组织中分布看γ-Al2O3微粒,它的平均尺寸150A,微粒间距离约200A左右。
In this paper,inner-oxidizing of Cu-0. 31%Al alloy wateratomized powder and Cu-Al2O3 composite made from the powder was studied.The material was manufactured using powder metallurgy processing and its main properties are as follows:σb=608MPa,HV=1529MPa,resistivity=2.2·cm,density=8. 8g/cm3;The materials were characterized by TEM,The results show that the γ-Al2O3 are well distributed in the Cu-base;their mean size and the distance between these particles are approximately l50Aand 200A respectively.
