摘要 用单辊快速凝固法制备(Ni,Fe)Al金属间化合物并研究其组织与室温塑性结果表明,Al-45Ni-5Fe(原子分数)在快速凝固条件下可形成内部为亚微米级针状亚晶的等轴晶粒,具有高达31%的弯曲塑性Al-35Ni-15Fe和Al-25Ni-25Fe的快凝组织则为柱状晶,弯曲塑性仅有1.1%和1.0%针状亚晶是一定成分的(Ni,Fe)Al在快速凝固条件下形成的亚稳相。 The microstructure and bend ductility at room temperature of the (Ni, Fe)Al intermetallic compound were investigated by single roller rapid solidification technology. The results show that under rapid solidification Al-45Ni-5Fe formed equiaxed grains with needle sub-grains less than 1μm, and the bend ductility can reach as high as 3.1 %. The microstructure of Al-35Ni-15Fe and Al-25Ni-25Fe are column grains, and their bend ductility are only 1. 1 % and 1 .0% respectively. The needle sub-grains are metastable phase which can be formed only under the condition of certain composition and rapid solidification, its formation mechanism has close relation with atoms diffusion and vacancy during rapid solidification.
