摘要
利用拉伸试验机,定氧仪,电子探针,X射线衍射,扫描电镜等实验手段,研究了B脱氧Cu的组织和性能。结果表明,随着B的增加,夹杂物Cu2O的数量减少,Cu的强度降低,塑性、韧性提高,同时也提高了Cu的耐蚀性和导电性能。
The microstructure and properties of boron deoxidized copper were investigated by EMPA, SEM, XRD etc. The results show that with the increase of adding boron to copper, the amount of inclusion Cu2O decreases;the strength and hardness of copper decrease, the plasticity and toughness increase;the corrosion rate and resistivity of boron deoxidized copper decrease slightly.
