摘要
在Al_2O_3纳米粉中加入100~400mgg^(-1)的0.025molY_2O_3-ZrO_2(Y—PSZ),探讨了加入量对Al_2O_3纳米粉的烧结特性和烧成陶瓷力学性能的影响结果表明,Y—PSZ可促进烧结致密化,降低烧结温度,并且有效地抑制烧结时Al_2O_3晶粒的长大,提高烧成陶瓷的性能.
The influences of Y-PSZ content on densification and mechanical properties of Y-PSZ containing A12O3 prepared with nanopowder have been investigated.It is shown that additing Y-PSZ to A12O3promotes densification of A12O3 and decreases sintering temperature.The Y-PSZ inclusions also significantly inhibite grain growth of A12O3 which resulted in the improvements in both hardness and toughness of Al2O3(Y-PSZ).
