摘要
差旅管理是国外最新引入我国的商务旅游核心产品之一。本文在对国内外文献分析的基础上对差旅管理进行了深入的剖析,同时针对中国新兴的差旅管理市场的发展现状,提出了本土旅游企业拓展差旅管理业务的对策建议。
ETM is one of the key tourist products recently introduced into China. Based on the analysis of hteratures both at home and abroad,the paper makes an in-depth analysis of ETM.In view of the situation of the ETM market in China, the auther offers countermeasures to expand ETM business for the native tourist enterprises.
