摘要
分析了皂素生产废水中的主要污染物种类、含量。采用过滤中和、混凝沉降、吸附和氧化等化学方法预处理。处理后废水的pH值由2升高到6,酸性显著降低,COD去除率达80%,大部分有机物污染物已被除去,废水的色度也得到显著降低,有利于废水的后续处理。
The kinds of pollutant and the content were analysed in the saponin productive process. The chemical pretrement of saponin wastewater was investigated over filtriation counteract, mix coagulation, absorption and oxygenation. Results indicated that the pH value of the wastewater turned from 2 into 6, most organic matter was already eliminated, the 80% COD removal was achieved and the chroma of saponin wastewater was reduced markedly. It was favor to the treatment as follow.
