摘要
试验采用一种自制装置,在负压灌溉原理的基础上,通过设置一系列供水吸力梯度,结合盆栽方式对豆角的若干生理指标进行了研究。结果表明:随着供水吸力的增大,土壤含水量、蒸散量、根干重和冠干重均逐渐下降;株高先上升后下降,在吸力20hPa时最大;叶片数、果鲜重和果干重都先上升后下降,吸力在20hPa时达到最大,60 ̄90hPa下降缓慢;根冠比先下降后上升再下降,在吸力为30hPa时根冠比最小,70hPa时最大;净光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾速率(Tr)先上升后下降,Pn在吸力为20hPa时达到最大,Tr则在30hPa时最大;叶绿素a(Chla)、叶绿素b(Chlb)、a和类胡萝卜素(Car)含量是先上升后下降,在吸力为30hPa时都达到最大。
Some physiological indices of common bean were measured under self-designed devices for control of water supply tension as negative values. The result showed that soil water content,the quantity of consuming water, dry weight of root arid shoot declined gradually with the increase in water supply tension; Plant height, leaf numbers, fresh and dry weight of fruit all went up first and then came down with the maximum under 20hPa; when the water supply tension was between 60hPa and 90hPa, leaf numbers, fresh and dry weight of fruit dropped slowly; R/S minished first, then rose, and decreased again, with the minimum value under 30hPa and the maximum value under 70hPa; The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and transpiration rate(Tr) rose at the ng, and then went down with peak value of P under 20hPa and Tr under 30hPa;The content of chlorophyll a (Chl a)、b (Chl b) and carotenoid (Car) in leaves increased first and then decreased with peak value under 30hPa.
