摘要
本文研究了进口 VIP 板在某直冷冰箱冷冻室部位6种不同方案的应用效果,结果表明,产品能耗随 VIP 板厚度、数量 (或覆盖面积)的增加而降低,耗电量最多可降低15%,冷冻负载温度回升时间可延长27%,压缩机工作系数减少22%。我们认为,优化冰箱制冷系统有利于提高 VIP 冰箱的性能,但是在 VIP 板的应用方面也应考虑到成本与能耗的关系。
The research aim is to compare the different effects with the six distribution designs using the commercially available vacuum insulation panels in the refrigerators. The results show that the thicker VlP and the bigger covering area of VlP improve the energy efficiency performance of the refrigerators. According to the test results, the Energy Efficiency Improvement (EEl) of the refrigerator with VlP is up to 15%; the temperature rise time of load extends by 27%; the compressor run-on rate reduces by 22%. We think that the optimized refrigeration system should benefit the performance of VIP refrigerators. But a trade-off issue between the cost and energy efficiency should be taken into consideration for VlP's application.
