中药产品中大孔吸附树脂有机残留物检测方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:建立中药产品中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、二乙苯、二乙烯苯、萘、癸烷、十一烷和十二烷共10种大孔吸附树脂有机残留物的检测方法。方法:采用气相色谱法,以二氯甲烷为提取溶剂,以 DB-624毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,1.8μm)分离、氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果:10种有机残留物在12 min 内能很好地分离;各有机残留物的加样回收率(n=3)为61.4%~109.2%,其 RSD 在0.62%~14%;精密度为1.3%~4.4%,最低检测限为0.007~0.03μg·mL^(-1)。检测的3种中药产品中均未检出各有机残留物。结论:该方法能够同时检测10种有机残留物,并具有分离度高、快速、简便、灵敏和准确等特点。 Objective: To develop a method for detection the organic solvent residues including benzene, toluene, xylene, styrene, decane, diethylbenzene, undecane, divinylbenzene, dodecane and naphthalene from macroporous adsorption resin in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) products. Method: The organic residues were extracted from TCM with dichloromethane. Benzene and the nine organics were analyzed by gas chromatography using a DB -624 capillary column(30 m ×0. 32 mm,1.8μm) and a FID. Results: All the 10 organic residues were well separated in 12 minutes. The recoveries of organics( n = 3 ) were 61.4% - 109.2%, RSD 0. 62% - 14%. The precisions were 1.3% -4. 4%. The limits of detection were 0. 007 -0. 03μg · mL^-1. None of the organics were detected in three TCM products. Conclusion: Ten organic residues can be And the method is sensitive and accurate. detected simultaneously and rapidly with high resolution.
