摘要
对有机抽提物族组分进行分离是对样品进行色谱分析的必不可少的工作。族组分分离的好坏与否会影响后续化合物鉴定工作的顺利进行。在实际工作中,经常会碰到有机抽提物太少的样品(<10 mg)。对这些样品用正常的色谱柱很难分离。经过100多个样品的实验,我们总结出了一套利用小柱状色谱分离有机抽提物族组分的经验,分别用正己烷、二氯甲烷、甲醇分离饱和烃族、芳香烃族、杂环烃族。与常规柱子分离的族组分进行比较,分离结果比较理想。
Separating organic extracts is an essential process in gas chromatography(GC) analyses. The results of the separation will affect the analysis of the individual compounds. When the extracts of some samples are very few( 〈 10 mg) in practical operation, it is very difficult to separate these extracts by conventional column chromatography. Analyzing more than 100 samples, the experience in separating extracts by the smaller column was summed. The alkanes were eluted with saturated hydrocarbon,the aromatic hydrocarbons with dichloromethane and the polar compounds(heterocompounds) with methanol. Compared with the results of the samples separated by ordinary column chromatography, the results of the smaller column are more practical.
