摘要
企业特定环境是对企业具有特殊价值并与企业不断融合的个性化环境,这一概念的引入不仅弥补了客观的环境视角、感知的环境视角和塑造的环境视角各自的缺陷,对他们进行了有效的整合,而且对战略管理的理论和实践进行了有益的补充和拓展。企业可以制定基于特定环境的竞争战略,主动地去识别、选择与改善自身的企业特定环境,并结合企业的核心竞争力来创造和保持持续的竞争优势。
Firm specific environment is individualized environment which has special value for a firm and get syncretized ,with it during developing. The introduction of the concept firm specific environment will not only remedy the defects of object perspective, perceptive perspective and enacted perspective of environment, but also carry on effective merger of the three perspectives. The theories and practices of strategy management will get helpful supplement and expansion. Enterprises can establish competitive strategy based on finn specific environment. They can identify, choose and improve their own firm specific environment to create and keep sustainable competitive advantage together with core competency.
