摘要
随着教育改革的深入和高等教育的国际化,高校教师的流动性越来越大。许多高校在管理过程中比较重视经济契约对教师的激励作用,却忽视了心理契约对人们行为的重要影响。建立心理契约机制,加强对高校教师的管理,成为高校教师管理的必然。心理契约从另外一种视角给高校教师管理提供了一些思路,以期促进高校教师管理的改革。
With the development of educational reform and international ization of higher education, the teachers in university flow more quickly than before. Many managers of university attach importance to the effect of psychological contract, it is necessary to construct psychological contract for enhancing the management of teachers in the university. The theory of the psychological contract provides some new views on the teachers' management in university from the other aspect in order to promote the reform of the teachers' management in university.
