摘要
在改革开放条件下,原有的以制度等“硬规范”一统天下的管理模式已不能完全满足需要,我们必须立足现实,在研究大学生心理和行为规律的基础上,注重柔性管理,采用非强制方式,在他们心目中产生一种潜在的说服力,把组织意志变为他们自觉的行动,从而实现软硬结合,刚柔相济的管理效果。
In the condition of reforming and opening to the outside world, the old college student management pattern that mainly use obligatory regulations can't work well any longer. We must study the college students' mental and behavioral regular pattern, and then take the measures of "soft management", that means, use non--obligatory ways to influence the students' minds unknowingly, thus reach the best management effect.
