摘要
目的：比较足月儿与早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征（RDS）的临床特点,探讨近年来足月新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床特征以及发病机理.方法：对有进行性呼吸困难,结合胸片,RDS有2～3级改变,需要机械通气的30例早产儿和30例足月儿RDS的临床特点进行回顾分析.结果：足月儿胃液泡沫震荡实验大部分＋或＋＋,在生后16.2±3.1h出现进行性呼吸困难,呻吟,青紫,机械通气时间要88.3±15.4h.早产儿胃液泡沫震荡实验大部分-或＋/-,在生后7.9±2.9h出现进行性呼吸困难,呻吟,青紫,机械通气时间要73.2±14.8h.结论：足月儿出现RDS症状的时间比早产儿要晚,机械通气时间要长,足月儿以肺表面活性物质生成能力不足为主.
Objective： To compare the clinical characteristics of RDS , between mature and premature infanets, inquirying into the clinical characteristics of hard - pressed to synthesize and outbreak mechanisms in recent yearS.r Method. Make a proceeding review of the clinical characteristics in 30 premature infancts and 30 month - mature babies, who have difficulties in breathing, whose RDS have 2 - 3 classes changes, and those who need machine ventilation, with the help of chest slice. Result ： Clinical characteristics ： Month - enough infanets ： most of the stomach liquid foam oscillates in experiment reaches the ＋ or ＋ ＋, and they appeared to have difficulty in breathing after birth of 16.2 ±3. 1h, moan, purple, and the machine ventilates time wants88.3 ± 15.4h, Premature infancts： Most of the stomach liquid foam oscillates in experiment reached - or ＋ / - , and they appeared to have difficulty in breathing after birth of 7.9 ± 2, 9h, moan, purple, the big part in experiment - or ＋ / - , and the machine ventilates time wants 73, 2 ± 14.8 h. Conclusion ： The time of the mature infanets who appear the symptom of RDS is later than that of the premature infants , and the machine ventilates time is longer , and the mature infancts are characterized mainly with the lack of the born ability in live material in surface.
