摘要
利用单片机技术测量了固体和气体介质的介电常数,给出了测量原理、实验测量方法以及测量电路原理图,并且在W indow s环境下利用D e lph i 7.0可视化编程语言,实现了U SB接口通讯的实验数据上位机采集与处理过程,构成了基于U SB接口的智能化实验测量系统,并通过实验测试了该系统的可靠性。
Dielectric constant of solid and gas media was tested with microcontroller technology. Its measure principle, method and electrocircuit were introduced. The experimental data collection and process program were realized with Delphi 7. 0 under Windows and the intelligentized experimental measure system based on USB interface. The experimental result shows that the measure system had high reliability.
