摘要
用S_4—10型扫描电镜,对 Sn-3.36wt-%Bi 超塑合金以ε=1×10^(-3)min^(-1)作单轴拉伸的动态观察,发现晶粒形貌发生了明显的变化,晶粒成晶团产生了转动,部分垂直或近似垂直于外力的晶界被宽化,出现晶粒湮没、置位、分解和结合过程。在试样形变过程中,没有发现晶粒长大现象,而是聚合成晶团后运动。
A dynamic observation was carried out on uniaxial tensile test ofSn-3.36wt% Bi superplastic alloy at ε=1×10^(-3)min^(-1)and 20℃ by using the S_4-10 SEM.Itwas found that the morphology of grains was obviously chenged;the grains or grain groupswere rotated;the width of some grain boundaries of perpendicular to tensile direction werechanged more large;the annihilation,replacemnt,dissociation and association of grainshave taken place.During the superplastic deformation the grain growth was not found butassociation and movement of grain groups were found.
