摘要
介绍了一种新型的反射式单光纤位移传感器。它具有结构简单,动态范围大,可确定位移方向等优点。还介绍了消除该系统信号漂移,对光电池进行温度补偿的原理和方法,并分析计算了单光纤束的出射光强与位移之间的耦合关系。
The structure and principle of the single reflecting fiber displacement sensor. compared with “Y” structure sensor was introduced,it had a larger measurment rang and simpler structure and fix runing direction. The method to compensate for temperature effect and to get rid of the signal drift was also described. The couples relationship of light intensity and displacement of optical fiber were analyzed and calculated. The results of experiment and theoretical calculation coincided with each other.
