摘要 讨论某型飞机风挡固有频率的三维实体模型方法.采用MSC/PARTRAN对风挡模型划分网格,模拟真实风挡的材料属性及边界条件,使用MSC/NASTRAN进行分析计算,计算得到常温(20℃)下飞机风挡的前六阶固有频率.结果表明分析模型可以精确直观地反映风挡的固有频率状态,为工程中实际飞机风挡的固有频率、强度和寿命分析,以及进一步分析飞机整机的激振对风挡的影响提供了依据. The method about how to utilize three-dimensional entity model to calculate and analyze the natural frequency of a certain type of airplane windshield, has been discusses in the present paper. MSC PARTRAN is adopted for the preprocess and MSC NASTRAN is used to analyze and calculate, simulate the material properties and boundary condition of real windshield and figure out natural frequency of windshield in room temperature(20℃)condition. The result shows that analytical model can reflect the natural frequency state of windshield precisely and intuitively, it also provides the basis for natural frequency and strength analysis in engineering practice and further analysis for a whole airplane's vibration to influence the windshield.
