摘要 对确诊的72例原发性高血压病Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者随机分成口服TPK和复降片两组,以前瞻性设计观察对血压、甲襞微循环、脑血管血流、血脂、血液粘度的影响。结果表明,TPK组除降压效果与复降片相似外,还具有(1)使脑血管中MCA的高流速恢复正常。(2)甲襞微循环检测的权值下降,流速增快,红细胞聚集减轻。(3)甘油三酯有显著降低。(4)低切变的全血粘度和血浆粘度明显下降。提示高血压病患者用TPK可有助于减轻其因微循环障碍而引起的其它脏器的并发症。 72 subjects of hypertension were divided into two groups randomly, given "TPK" 3# Tid and tablets of "Depression pressure Co" 1# Tid respectively. The results showed: (1) The effects of TPK could improve the spasm of MCA of cerebral vessels. (2) Decrease of the microcirculatory scores of nail-fold . increase of the blood velocity, alleviate of the RBC aggregation. (3)significant Decrease of triglyceride. (4) Decrease of the blood and plasma viscosity under low shear rate. It also showed TPK might be useful to treat the complications due to microcirculatory disturbance in patients with hypertension.
