摘要
目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗筋膜室综合征的疗效。方法:本组34例,对早、晚期筋膜室综合征患者佐用中成药消肿汤剂口服。结果:34例均获治愈,3例皮肤难以缝合者游离植皮愈合,1例发病12h以上小腿肌肉及皮肤部分坏死,植皮愈合后随访1年无功能障碍。结论:中西医结合治疗方法可提高筋膜室综合征的治愈率。
Objective To observe the curative effect in combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine for AOCS. Method 34 patients m early and advanced stage of AOCS were treated with detumescence by self-designed medicinal broth for assistance. Results all 34 patients had been cured. Three patients whose skin were hard to suture were heal with nomadic skingrafting. One patient＇s leg muscle and skin necrosis 12 hours later, there is no functional disability left after skingrafting healing in one year follow-up. Conclusion we can increase recovery rate by combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine.
