摘要
介绍基于NUM数控系统的数控机床,应用参数编程方法解决在不具有CAM软件编程的企业中,通过对采煤机箱体加工的工艺分析,应用开发其数控系统自身具有的参数编程功能,结合箱体结构的特点,建立加工箱体的几种典型的参数编程模块,作为调用子程序。通过实践证实其方法高效、准确、易行。
An NC machine tool with NUM system is briefly introduced, Integrating cabinets' features into technical analysis, some typical parameter programme modules are developed for cabinets processing, These modules can be used in corporations not introducing CAM software to facilitate cabinet - parts machining. This method is proved efficient and feasible practically.
