摘要
提出充分利用理论教学、实验、实训、设计、实习等环节,将人文教育的目标具体体现到学生的学习动力、内容及过程中去,并将敬业精神、工作责任心、沟通、协作与服务意识等方面的修养作为高职人文教育的目标,以培养严谨科学的工作作风,热情周到的服务态度和不断创新的精神,将专业技术与人文思想有机地结合在一起,从而实现人文、技术综合素质的统一。
Discussing the significance and the goal of uniting the humanity education with the higher vocational education and the way of their conformity, the paper proposes that it is necessary to use theoretical teaching, experiment, training, design, and practice to realize the goal of humanity education in the motive, the content and the process of students study, to set professional ethics, sense of munication, cooperation and service consciousness as the goal of humanity education in higher vocational education, and to organically combine specialized technology with humanistic thinking through rigorous work style, good service attitude and innovation spirit so as to realize the unification of humanity and comprehensive technical qualities.
