摘要
目的检测男性甲亢患者血清基质金属蛋白酶水平的改变以进一步探讨甲亢导致骨质疏松的机理。方法采用化学发光法测定血清促甲状腺素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)浓度,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定血清基质金属蛋白酶-1(Matrix metalloproteinase 1;MMP-1),MMP-2和MMP-13水平。结果甲亢患者血清中MMP-2和MMP-13水平较正常人高83.5%和63.6%(与对照组比较,P<0.01),而两组之间的血清MMP-1水平无显著差异(与对照组比较,P>0.05)。结论甲亢患者血清基质金属蛋白酶水平的增高可能是甲亢导致骨质疏松的原因之一。
Objective To characterize the serum matrix metalloproteinass (MMPs) levels in male hyperthyroidism patients, and to investigate the mechanism of hyperthyroidsm induced-osteoporosis. Methods Using chemiluminescence mehod to detect seum thyrotropin (TSH),free triiodothyronine (FT3) and free hyroxine (FT4) levels.The seum matrix metalloprotenase 1 (MMP-1),MMP-2 and MMP-13 levels were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results To compare with health adults control,the serum MMP-2 and MMP-13 levels of hyperthyroidism patients increased as 83.5% and 63.6% respectively (vs. control, P 〈 0.01 ). There was no difference of MMP-1 level between health adults and hyperthyroidism patients (vs. control, P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The inereasng serum MMPs levels may be a new inducement of hyperthyroidism induced-osteoporosis.
