摘要
用SSR分子标记RM144对黑龙江省40个粳稻品种(系)的抗稻瘟病基因Pi-1进行检测。结果表明,检测到富士光等10个水稻品种(系)含有Pi-1抗瘟基因,明确了该基因在黑龙江省部分粳稻品种中的分布情况,可为抗病育种和稻瘟病的防治提供理论依据。
The rice blast resistance gene Pi-1 in 40 the rice varieties in Heilongjiang province was identified with SSR marker RM144. The result showed that Fushiguang had the Pi-1 gene. The Pi-1 gene distributed in Japonica rice varieties could provided theoretical evidence for the tasks of resisting disease and breeding.
